You’re in California, why practice in the South?

Having been raised in the regional South, I understand that life here carries its own cultural, economic, and social pressures. Many clients navigate chronic stress, burnout, shifting family roles, and unspoken expectations about identity and success.

For some, that includes navigating evolving relationship dynamics, queer identity, or redefining traditional roles in their lives. For others, it may involve the transition into or out of college, career pressures, or balancing personal values with community norms.

I chose to offer telehealth therapy in South Carolina to increase access for folks seeking diverse and experienced providers. I understand the challenges of limited mental health options in the region, and I’m committed to supporting the people and communities I care about.
