These Terms and Conditions are owned and operated by Grayson Thompson, California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 160044) and South Carolina Telehealth Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (TLC 2565 MFT).

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Grayson Thompson shall be referred to as “Grayson Thompson, LMFT CA 160044, SC TLC 2565 MFT”.

2. Coaching vs. Therapy Disclaimer

Grayson Thompson, LMFT CA 160044, SC TLC 2565 MFT offers teletherapy (to California and South Carolina residents only) and coaching (to clients seeking non-clinical support). Coaching services are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric services, or crisis care. Coaching is non-clinical, does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, and is not covered by HIPAA.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While every effort is made to support your personal growth and well-being, Grayson Thompson, LMFT CA 160044, SC TLC 2565 MFT makes no guarantees regarding outcomes from coaching or therapy. Results depend on many individual factors and your participation in the process.

Coaching and therapy sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy, as outlined in your intake paperwork. All payments are due at the time of service. Coaching is not reimbursable by insurance. Therapy clients may request superbills upon request. No refunds are provided for missed or canceled sessions with less than 24-hour notice.
