I am a Black, first-generation-everything queer person.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, coach, and organizational consultant committed to helping individuals, clinicians, and organizations thrive. As a Black and queer clinician, my work is grounded in a client-centered, relational, and integrative approach that honors identity, context, and lived experience.

In my therapy practice, I support clients seeking personal growth, healing, and deeper self-understanding through affirming therapy and trauma-informed care. My clinical work centers relationship, collaboration, and practical insight—helping clients move forward with clarity, intention, and compassion.

In addition to therapy, I provide clinical consultation and coaching for therapists, client coaching, and organizational development services. As an organizational consultant, I  offer training and consultation on mental health, social work practice, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), racial justice, LGBTQ+ issues, and organizational development. I partner with organizations to strengthen culture, build equity-informed systems, and support sustainable, values-aligned growth.

My work is deeply informed by lived experience. As a first-generation American with Jamaican roots shaped by survival and joy, and Jewish family values of chesed (showing up for others with love) and tikkun olam (repairing the world), I bring an intentional, justice-oriented lens to everything I do. I am committed to liberation and liberation movements, and I approach both therapy and consulting with an understanding of how personal, relational, and systemic factors intersect.

Whether you’re seeking affirming therapy to support your healing and growth, or consultation to strengthen your organization or professional practice, I offer thoughtful, experienced, and compassionate support—designed to help you move forward with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
