A Practice Rooted in Humanity
As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I integrate evidence-based clinical training with a deeply human approach to care. Sessions are collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that therapy is truly radical, liberatory work.
This is a space where:
You don’t have to perform wellness
You don’t have to justify your pain
You don’t have to become someone else to be worthy of care
You are allowed to arrive as you are—and grow from there.
Good Light Therapy exists for people who are:
Ready to understand themselves more deeply
Looking for clarity and direction
Seeking lasting shifts, not quick fixes
Adults seeking support with:
Anxiety, low mood, low esteem & chronic stress
Trauma & past hurts
Relationship patterns
Life transitions & identity shifts
Together, we work toward outcomes like:
Reduced anxiety and reactivity
Healthier relationships and communication
Greater self‑understanding and resilience
Meaningful movement through transitions
